 | Stacey Stevens was admitted to practice law in the State of California in 2002. She joined Guichard, Teng & Portello in April 2008 and practices in the areas of family law and civil litigation.
Stacey was born in Illinois and grew up in Southern California. Stacey completed her undergraduate degree in Political Science with an emphasis in Public Law at California State University Northridge. Stacey earned her Master's Degree in National Security Studies at California State University San Bernardino. While a graduate student, Stacey was one of two students in State of California selected to work as a research fellow at the Library of Congress in the Foreign Affairs National Defense division in Washington D.C. While a research fellow at the Library of Congress, Stacey co-authored a report on emerging democracies in a post cold war era and a country report on Jamaica for members of Congress and their staff. Stacey earned her Juris Doctorate Degree from John F. Kennedy School of Law.
Prior to joining GTP, Stacey worked as a Family Law Facilitator for the Superior Court of Contra Costa County. She also worked as an associate attorney for a firm practicing in the area of family law. |
